When you request a quote, send a message, start an onboarding inquiry, or submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, business or company name, industry or partnership type, how you accept payments, the equipment or services you are interested in, website or software details, and your message. Please do not send card numbers, bank account credentials, or Social Security numbers through this website.
Each submission records your agreement to be contacted by email about your inquiry, whether you separately chose to receive marketing calls and text messages, the version of the consent language shown, the page used, and the time of submission. We keep these records to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
This website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request time to deliver and secure the site. To prevent abuse of our forms, the site keeps a short-lived, one-way hashed form of the requesting IP address in memory for rate limiting; it is not linked to your identity or stored in a database.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs, prepare comparisons and proposals, coordinate with payment, equipment, and financing providers you choose to work with, send you a confirmation email, keep records of consent, protect the website from fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you opt in, we may also contact you by phone or text about related services.
