Waytrix Pay provides consultation and coordination for payment processing, POS systems, and related merchant services. We are not a bank, card network, payment processor, or lender. Merchant accounts, equipment agreements, and financing are provided by third-party companies under their own contracts.
We explore options from more than one provider where they fit your business. Brands shown on this website are identified for comparison and do not indicate a partnership unless stated. Ask us how we are compensated in connection with any provider you are considering, and we will explain it.
Processing rates, fees, reserves, funding timing, and contract terms are set by the provider after its own review. We do not guarantee approval, the lowest rate, savings, or any specific outcome. Compare written proposals and read agreements before signing.
Equipment leases are often long-term and may be non-cancellable. Financing and leasing are provided by third parties that set eligibility, rates, and terms. Review the total of payments, end-of-term options, and cancellation terms before committing.
Businesses classified as higher risk may face additional underwriting, higher fees, reserves, and stricter terms. Classification and terms are decided by the provider.
Card brand rules and state laws govern surcharging and cash discount programs, including disclosure requirements and limits. Confirm compliance with your provider and advisor before adopting one.
Card issuers decide dispute outcomes under card network rules. Dispute tools and guidance can help, but no outcome is guaranteed.
